The president of a charter airline flipped his waterfront Coral Gables mansion for $19.4 million, pocketing a tidy profit less than a year after he purchased the property.
Jeff Conry of iAero Airways and his wife, Sherianne, sold the home at 6312 Riviera Drive, records show. The buying entity Registered Corporate Services LLC is managed by Pablo S. Quesada and Roland Sanchez-Medina, both partners at Coral Gables-based SMGQ Law. The LLC took out a $13.4 million loan on the property from City National Bank of Florida, according to records.
Mocca Realty’s Diana Gutierrez represented the sellers and Alex Pirez also of Mocca Realty represented the buyer.
