ANKARA-Turkey will receive its first shipment of China s Sinovac coronavirus vaccines within days as preliminary domestic tests showed it was 91 percent effective, becoming the latest country to welcome Chinese scientific medical breakthroughs. We are sure that the vaccine is effective and safe for Turkish people, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said on Thursday at a news conference.
Dubai: Bahrain’s Ministry of Health has advised that coronavirus vaccinations are available, without the need to register online for appointments, at designated residential health centres, starting from Friday, December 25, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported on Wednesday.
The Ministry noted that those who have previously registered online for an appointment will be contacted with their appointment details for vaccination on December 24.
The Ministry further noted that in line with the National Vaccination Campaign, the Kingdom has prepared its health centres to receive citizens and residents every day from 8am to 6pm, throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday, for vaccination services, without the need for a prior appointment. However, the Ministry highlighted that on Fridays and Saturdays, the Kingdom’s health centres will only be providing vaccination services.
