With Christmas just around the corner, we asked people what their favourite festive film and TV viewing is.
Keith, 72, and Pat Trubshaw, 67, Onchan, said that they are sure to watch the Queen’s speech every year, but avoid soaps like EastEnders.
As far as action films which always seem to be shown on TV around Christmas time, Keith said: ’I’m a Robin Hood and Braveheart fan, so things like that - and Gladiator.
’Also, the Morecambe and Wise Christmas specials.
Pat added: ’Although, you don’t really have time to watch anything in the afternoon (on Christmas), because everyone’s so busy.’
