Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said on Twitter that the mental health of children was as important as their physical well-being. Expressing her concerns regarding the CBSE board exam 2021 she said that it was time for the education system to also be sensitive towards the well-being of children.
Expecting children who are already under immense pressure to sit for their exams wearing all sorts of protective gear for hours at a stretch day after day is insensitive and unfair, Priyanka said.

Slamming the central government for delaying the decision on holding CBSE Class 12 exams, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra reiterated her demand for cancelling the exams. The mental health of children is as important as their physical well being, she said.
The Congress general secretary said expecting children who are already under immense pressure to sit for their exams wearing all sorts of protective gear for hours at a stretch day after day is insensitive and unfair .
Her remarks come even as a crucial meeting called by the Ministry of Education is underway to decide on the pending exams.
