Liberal MP Craig Kelly says a review about what goes on inside Parliament House would be “dutiful” amid allegations made by former Liberal staffer Brittany Higgins. Ms Higgins has now confirmed she will be proceeding with a formal complaint to the Australian Federal Police regarding her alleged sexual assault at Parliament House in 2019. She was a media advisor to Defence Minister Linda Reynolds when she says she was sexually assaulted by a male Liberal Party staffer in the Minister’s office, following a night of drinking. “It’s now a police matter, so we need to be very careful what we say,” Mr Kelly told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
