The Issuer has, and will have, no assets other than its issued and paid-up share capital, such fees (as agreed) payable to it in connection with the issue of Certificates or entry into other obligations from time to time and any assets on which Certificates or other obligations are secured.

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - At 9 a.m. on Friday, March 12, ground was broken at the site of what will become Fire Station 8 in Shreveport.
âThe men and women of the Shreveport Fire Department work tirelessly to provide life-saving services to our community,â said Chief Scott Wolverton, in a news release. âThis project will give them the first-class facilities they deserve.â
