BSNL extends validity of Rs 699 prepaid plan, what Airtel and Vi offer at the same price
BSNL has extended the validity of prepaid plans priced at Rs 699 and Rs 2399 by 20 days and 72 days respectively. These plans can be used by existing as well as new prepaid mobile customers.

BSNL has extended the validity of Rs 699 and Rs 2399 prepaid plans. The prepaid plans saw an extension by 20 days and 72 days till May 30, 2021.
Airtel and Vi also offer prepaid plans at this price point.
Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has made revisions to several prepaid plans. The plan was introduced in May last year and will get extended validity of 20 days from April till May 30, 2021.

As of now, BSNL is only giving the Rs 599 and the Rs 1277 fibre broadband plans and has removed other offerings.

It is currently giving fibre broadband plans priced at Rs 599 and Rs 1277.
These plans come for 1 month, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months validity.
Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) had introduced a range of promotional broadband plans in October for 90 days. The plans saw an extension in January and were extended till April. The telco has now discontinued most of these fibre plans that started from Rs 449. The other promotional plans were priced at Rs 799, Rs 999 and Rs 1499. BSNL had also rolled out regular fibre plans, meanwhile, which are not visible on the telco’s website.
Highlights
The Rs 197 prepaid plan comes with free voice calls, free 100 SMSs a day, and access to the Zing Music app which is applicable for only 18 days.
There is a special plan launched by BSNL at Rs 108 which gives 1 GB of data daily with a validity of 60 days along with unlimited calling and the validity of data up to 60 days.
However, BSNL has discontinued a few of its prepaid plans as it plans to stop the recharge coupon of Rs 47, plan voucher of Rs 109, and special tariff vouchers of Rs 998, and Rs 1098.
The government-owned telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has unveiled a new Rs 197 prepaid plan which offers 2GB of free data per day and the quota is used, a user can still access data at a reduced speed of 80 kbps.
