Photo: Shan Jie/GT The China Three Gorges Corporation became an official partner of the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Beijing after a signing ceremony on Tuesday, aiming to promote clean energy.
The ceremony, held at the National Swimming Center Ice Cube, was attended by senior officials of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, Beijing municipality, North China s Hebei Province and the China Three Gorges Corporation.
It is hoped that China Three Gorges Group will give full play to its corporate advantages and practice the concept of clean energy empowering the Winter Olympics, said Chen Jining, Mayor of Beijing and Executive President of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Organizing Committee, said at the ceremony.
