The Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe, in an announcement on Thursday called on Azerbaijan to release Armenian prisoners of war and other captives “without delay.” The PACE Monitoring Committee expressed its concern over the fact that not all persons detained in the context of recent Nagorno Karabakh war have been exchanged.
