The Tarrant County Medical Examiner s Office has ruled the death of a 36-year-old Arlington man as accidental after an incident at a new home construction site off Farm-to-Market Road 51 North in Weatherford Monday afternoon.
The Parker County Sheriff s Office was called out to a construction site accident, where the deceased reportedly fell from scaffolding, PCSO Public Information Officer Danie Huffman said.Â
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner s Office has identified the deceased as Alberto Salinas.

Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler died Saturday, at the age 82, surrounded by family and his wife, Gail Fowler, according to a release from the sheriff’s department over the weekend.
A longtime assistant Tarrant County medical examiner, Dr. Marc Krouse, was placed on administrative leave Thursday amid an ongoing investigation and his last day will be April 24, the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office said in a statement. Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler died Saturday at the age of 82, the sheriff s office says.
Fowler, who was elected sheriff in 2004, died surrounded by his family, including his wife Gail Fowler, according to the Parker County Sheriff s Office. His cause of death was not released Saturday.

Prior to running for sheriff, Fowler spent his entire career in law enforcement in Parker and Tarrant counties. He started his career with the Weatherford Police Department in 1965, before working for the U.S. Department of Justice Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth from 1971-95.
