The code, which was launched in October, is aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion throughout English football.
It immediately attracted the support of 40 clubs across the Premier League, English Football League, Barclays FA Women s Super League and FA Women s Championship.
The clubs who have signed up will be tasked with meeting targets, including that 25 per cent of new coaching arrivals at men s professional teams will be Black, Asian or of Mixed-Heritage
Nineteen of the 20 Premier League clubs pledged their commitment, but Southampton chose not to sign up initially, because they had just achieved the Premier League s Advanced Equality Standard and they continue to consider how the FA s code will complement this work.

Tottenham Women have announced striker Alex Morgan will leave the club and return to the United States in the new year.
The USA international joined from Orlando Pride in September in a bid to regain fitness after giving birth to her first child in May.
The 31-year-old played the full 90 minutes for the first time since her return during the 3-1 win over Aston Villa, where she opened the scoring from the penalty spot, earlier this month.

Alex Morgan is to return to the United States in the new year after spending the first half of the Barclays FA Women’s Super League season with Tottenham Hotspur.
The USA striker with over 100 goals for her country, made five appearances for Spurs after her short-term move from Orlando Pride, scoring twice in the WSL.

World Cup-winning Japan international Mana Iwabuchi is to join Aston Villa Women from INAC Kobe Leonessa.
The 27-year-old forward who has over 70 caps for her country – has also been an Olympic silver medallist, league champion in Germany as well as Japan – will meet her new teammates in January.
