1 killed, 1 injured in Aurora shooting: police

The shooting happened about 9 p.m. on the Farnsworth Avenue bridge between Dearborn Avenue and Mountain Avenue, according to Aurora police.
Two men suffered gunshot wounds and drove to the 1300 block of Dearborn Avenue, before coming to a stop, where officers found them in a large group, police said.
Police report barricaded subject in Aurora

Aurora police advise avoiding the 800 block of South Kendall Avenue and Farnsworth Avenue between Simms Street and Fifth Avenue due to an ongoing barricaded subject incident, officials said.
SWAT from Kane County is on scene while Aurora officers manage traffic, according to a social media post from the Aurora Police Department. No further information was available late Monday night.
