A convicted sex offender accused of breaching court orders imposed to control his behaviour is to be dealt with in the Crown Court.
Brian Joseph McDonagh (48), who police have confirmed is also known as Bernard Thomas McDonagh, of Sydney Lane, Aughnacloy, faces three sets of charges, each of which allege he breached a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (Sopo).
McDonagh is accused of breaching the order at Craigavon Area Hospital, where it is also alleged he behaved indecently on June 21.
On August 13 it is alleged he breached the Sopo by being close to a children s play park at Carnteel Road in Aughnacloy.

The man was sentenced at Derry Crown Court, sitting in Coleraine yesterday, for the following offences: adult causing or inciting a child between 13 and 16 to engage in sexual activity; sexual activity by an adult with a child between 13 and 16 and meeting a child following sexual grooming.
He was sentenced to 18 months for each offence, all of which are to run concurrently.
A Sexual Offences Prevention Order was also imposed.
Speaking after the sentencing, Constable Mullins said: Our detectives in Public Protection Branch are committed to investigating all reports of sexual offences against children and young people.

The 62-year-old had to be escorted by police from a property in Ormiston yesterday (Wednesday) after residents found out about his past. Video footage of the incident was posted on social media and showed officers escorting the man, who was carrying a red sports bag, to a waiting police vehicle. Protestors could be heard shouting “beast”, paedo” and “don t come back” as the man was led from the property. Some of the protestors had to be held back by police from approaching the man as he made his way to the police van.

Jailing Mark McClure at Craigavon Crown Court, Judge Patrick Lynch QC told the 52-year-old that as a “highly respected and highly regarded senior consultant,” he then abused that respect and trust to carry out his seedy offences in the toilets at Craigavon Area Hospital.
“Perhaps even more repellent is that he carried the same activity at his own home, recording and retaining material for his own sexual gratification,” said the judge who expressed “surprise” that the maximum sentence for voyeurism was a two year jail term.
