The holiday celebrating President George Washington s birthday is always the third Monday in February. (Elizabeth Janney/Patch)
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD Baltimore County government offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 15, for Presidents Day. While many services will be canceled for the holiday, however, some will continue, such as trash collection.
Here are some of the things that will be operating as normal Monday:
Parking meters must be fed and Baltimore County Revenue Authority parking garages will be open as usual.
Trash and recyclables will be collected as usual. Trash and recycling drop-off facilities will be open. Collection schedules are on the BaltCoGo app. Call the Bureau of Solid Waste Management at 410-887-2000 with questions.
Stuck at home with their kids during the pandemic, some Baltimore County parents are resorting to play therapy to keep their kids engaged and to enhance creativity.
