The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra returned Saturday to an indoor stage for the first time in more than a year. This will be the first time since March 2020, when the BSO canceled all of its indoor performances because of the COVID-19 pandemic, that the doors at the Meyerhoff will be open, welcoming patrons to a free indoor concert.Sixteen months later, the BSO is preparing to wow the audience again back on stage. There are some safety measures in place for the concert with a limited capacity and people are encouraged to keep a reasonable distance from other parties when picking their seats. The 7 p.m. event Saturday was sold out.
