Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said the coronavirus-related restrictions he put in place on his first full day in office last month, including a ban on sit-down dining, will remain in place for at least another week.
Scott said Friday that the rising case rate portends a post-New Year s Eve surge. With that in mind, I have made a decision to continue on with the modified phase 1 guidelines in Baltimore City, Scott said at a news conference.
