Campuses received billions nationwide in federal relief funding amid the pandemic. Some buckets of that money earmarked for institutional costs offer flexibility in how the cash can be spent on campus.
Baldwin Wallace University is using some of its award from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) of the CARES Act to pay off any remaining spring semester account balances for students receiving a Pell Grant, according to a recent recap on the university s website.

CLEVELAND â Ohio is still more than a year away from the primary, but the race for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate has started to fill up.
This week, Cleveland Businessman Mike Gibbons became the latest GOP hopeful to throw their hat into a ring that already includes former state Treasurer Josh Mandel, former state party chair Jane Timken and businessman Bernie Moreno. The four famously sat down by former President Trump at Mar-a-Lago for a meeting compared in the press to the Apprentice as well as the hunger games.
