The number of people in Wisconsin who have received at least one dose of the COVID vaccine is approaching 2.5 million, according to the state Department of Health Services. Health officials said 2,452,970 have gotten at least one shot, which is 42.1% of the state’s population. As of Monday, 1,834,240 Wisconsinites have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, which makes up 31.5% of the state. A total of 4,228,785 vaccine doses have been administered throughout the state since December. Wisconsin reported 367 new cases of the virus, which is below Sunday’s case count and the seven-day rolling average of 602. The state has reached an all-time total of 595,049 confirmed cases. According to DHS data, 8,600, or 1.4% of those cases are active.
