Draiciee Wilson and her husband were out on a drive just trying to beat the heat yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon when she saw what she initially assumed was a large clump of debris lying underneath the bridge over Massey Drive. “Just as we were waiting at the stop signs for vehicles to go, there was about four or five vehicles that had passed so we turned and as soon as we turned we noticed something lying on the ground. Right away we couldn’t see that it was a human being but it was something large.”
