LONDON (Reuters) - Central bank support for pandemic-hit economies looks to endure well past the recovery in output, leaving investors little option but to keep chasing a parabolic bull market until the fabled “punch bowl” is eventually removed.

William McChesney Martin - the longest serving Federal Reserve chief between 1951 and 1970 - is credited with the famous quote about the Fed’s main job being to “take away the punch bowl just as the party gets going” - or tighten credit once the economy recovers from recession.

KLCC s Brian Bull reports on the theft of interpretive signs from four parks in Lincoln County.
The 2 x 3 signs – along with their metal bases - were stolen from Fogarty Creek State Park, Otter Crest Scenic Viewpoint, Boiler Bay Scenic Viewpoint, and the Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area between Christmas Eve and December 30th of last year.

Jered Mangini, Park Manager for Beverly Beach State Park management unit, told KLCC the thefts come at a bad time.
“We have gone through some budget cuts and stuff where my management unit budget does not have roughly $7,000 to get them all redone, explained Mangini.
