Activities: I have been in the band for six years, the last four playing bassoon in the wind ensemble. For marching band, I was lead keyboard for four years and have performed multiple solos within the marching season. For concert band, I also play the bassoon; and as a bassoonist, I have received multiple awards at the district and state level as well as having been awarded a scholarship to Pittsburg State University.

Garrett (Gary) R Haddock, age 74 of Columbus, KS., passed away at 5:30 am on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Good Samaritan Facility in Hospice care in Olathe, KS. Gary was born on November 13, 1946 to Lavern and Adele (Schallert) Haddock in Pierce City, MO. He graduated from Pierce City High School in 1964 and went on to graduate from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS., with a Masters degree. He served in the US Army from May 1970 through December 1971 and was in Vietnam from January, 1971 through December, 1971 as a SP4. He received The Bronze Star while serving in Vietnam.

Christopher Gene Hale, 52, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. Chris was born June 27, 1968, in Wichita, Kan., to Ronald Gene and Glenda Mae Hale.
Chris was raised in Wichita and later Grove, Okla., graduating from North High School in Wichita, Kan., in 1986. He attended Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kan., for plastic engineering. Chris came to Nevada in 2000 and began working at 3M, where he was currently employed. He was a member of the Osage Masonic Lodge, and BPO Elks No. 564 in Nevada.
Nicknamed Critopher by his family, he was a gentle giant who was proud of his Irish heritage. He was known as the cool uncle by his niece and nephews and was always the life of the party. Chris enjoyed science fiction, and roleplaying games, but his first love was being a dad to Colin.
Robinson, KS
Edwina Mary Reimond was born February 21, 1950, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, to Edward and Berniece (Snidach) Reimond and passed away very unexpectedly at her Robinson farm home on March 12, 2021. Edwina grew up in Aliquippa, PA. Her dad passed from a cerebral hemorrhage a few months before she was born. Edwina s mother went on to raise the four children on her own with the help of Aunt Helen and Uncle Henry Kaleida. Edwina was baptized into the Catholic faith and continued being a faithful Christian the rest of her life. Growing up, Edwina had her older brothers Gerard and Sylvester, and sister Andrea and cousins Rose Marie, Philip, and Kenny Kaleida as playmates along with several neighbor children.
