Lizzie Vann purchased the Bearsville Theater in August 2019, determined to restore the historic concert venue to its former glory and attract generations of music lovers. After six months of renovations, the venue was set to open and then the pandemic hit.Jim Shea
Brit and Woodstock transplant Lizzie Vann got an eyeful after buying the Bearsville Theater complex, sight unseen, for $2.5 million in August 2019, moving quickly as an auction of the theater and adjacent businesses loomed.
