All behind Brahmanbaria mayhem will be brought to book: IGP BSS 1st April, 2021 09:26:54 Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Benazir Ahmed said all people, who will be found responsible for Hefazat-e-Islam’s mayhem carried out in the district recently, have to face music. “All people whose names will come in the investigation will be arrested,” he told a press briefing at Circuit House  after visiting the spots where Hefazat Islam carried out a massive violence on March 26 and 27. Noting that such destructive incidents take place in some specific districts, Benazir said the law enforcement agencies will do everything possible to establish the rule of law and good governance.
