Missouri man air-lifted to hospital after crash in Franklin County involving semi-truck © Provided by KRCG Columbia/Jefferson City A Missouri man was air-lifted to the hospital after a crash on Highway 100 in Franklin County Tuesday according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Jerome Fritzemeyer, 65, of Owensville, was traveling eastbound on Highway 100. Troopers said he was rear-ended by another vehicle while making a left-hand turn. Fritzemeyer was pushed across lanes of traffic and in front of a semi-truck that was traveling westbound, according to the report. Troopers responded to the crash around 8:24 a.m. The driver of the semi-truck was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
