The parents of the Bowling Green State University sophomore who died following an alleged fraternity hazing ritual in March has filed a lawsuit against the fraternity.

He died March 7 - three nights after he was allegedly forced to drink an entire bottle of alcohol, about 40 shots, during a fraternity hazing ritual
The suit names the national Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, local chapter and 20 individuals allegedly involved in the ritual
The student s parents are seeking at least $25,000 in compensatory and punitive damages
