Woman Killed During Franklin County SR 395 High-Speed Chase A high-speed police chase ended in tragedy as a woman was killed in Franklin County over the weekend. Washington State Patrol is reporting that a vehicle that was driven by Ricky Cruz, 28, collided into a semi-truck on SR395 after Cruz crossed the center line. Cruz s passenger Karlie Moore,23, of Pasco died at the scene, and Cruz was transported to the hospital. According to the report, neither were wearing their seatbelts. Franklin County Sheriff s Department was pursuing Cruz on SR395 near Foster Wells Road when the collision occurred as the vehicle Cruz was driving crossed into the southbound lane and crashed into the semi-truck.

Regular training of such a dog is essential. “We all strive to make our dogs better partners,” Yuhase said. “The more the dogs trust us, the more they’ll do what we ask them to do. When we do the agility courses and we do the skills that are a little more difficult for the normal dogs to do, it builds a trust with us, so they know we would never put them in a position that we can’t control.”
