Franklin County authorities searching for missing man

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) â The Franklin County Sheriff s Office is searching for a missing man, Frank Shaw.
Authorities say Shaw went for a run Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m. with his four dogs in the Bay North area of St. Teresa.
Reports say he still hasn t returned home and he did not take his phone and is in great health.

The investigation began Thursday, Quire said, with the main investigator already conducting interviews.Â
Quireâs announcement comes nearly a week after all five Franklin County public defenders penned a letter criticizing Farmerâs attendance at a pro-Trump rally preceding a mob s siege of the U.S. Capitol last week. They were also critical of his police record, claiming that Farmer was involved in cases that reflect âtargeting and racial profiling.â
Members of the community group Focus on Race Relations held a meeting with Quire specifically about Farmerâs conduct as it relates to race and the use of force in late August.

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ohio A driver is in critical condition after crashing a car in Clinton Township Saturday morning.
The Franklin County Sheriffs Office said the driver crashed into an unoccupied parked van at around 4 a.m. while traveling west on Lehner Road near Manor Road.
The driver was taken to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
There was no one else in the car.
