Brito makes keynote remarks Dec. 11 at the National Infantry Museum in Columbus, Georgia on occasion of the unveiling of a new Diversity in Leadership display. The display uses informational panels and photos to highlight three African American Soldiers whose service marked historic milestones in the Army s progress toward diversity. The three are: Brito, currently the Army s Deputy Chief of Staff G-1, but who in his previous assignment was the first African American commanding general of Fort Benning and its U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence; Master Sgt.
