Brantford-Brant continues to see a high number of residents testing positive for COVID-19, with 14 people in hospital receiving treatment for the virus.
Figures provided by the Brant County Heath Unit on Friday say 42 more people tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours. Meanwhile, 14 people were in Brantford General Hospital with 10 in acute care and four in the intensive care unit.

The additional cases reported Friday brings the number of new cases for the week to 202 with two days of data still to report. Last week there were a total of 194 cases.
