Crystal Lane Smith, 35, turned herself in and was arrested on a charge of tampering with evidence, which is considered a third-degree felony in Florida.
Smith reportedly tried to wash the blood off of Fucci’s jeans hours after Bailey was allegedly stabbed to death, according to investigators.
She is being held on a $25,000 bond.

Baca was released from the Minnesota DOC on Oct. 5, 2020. His supervision was subsequently transferred to the California Department of Corrections in San Bernardino, California, where he has family and a support system.
On May 11, Baca was released from the Southwest Regional Detention Center in Murrieta, California where he was being questioned on new charges, and was instructed to report to his California agentâs office the next day. He failed to report to his agentâs office.
