Last year, the mercury plummeted to below 4° Celsius only in the last week of December. In 2019, the lowest minimum temperature was recorded on December 28 at 2.4° Celsius. The all-time record of lowest minimum temperature was recorded on December 27, 1930 at zero degree Celsius.
