FCA Boss Mike Manley Could Become Ferrari CEO
With Louis Camilleri abruptly leaving the company, the search is on for a new Ferrari CEO. Citing an Italian newspaper, Reuters reports that current Fiat Chrysler CEO Mike Manley is the top choice for the job, and a decision could be made as soon as this week.
At FCA, Manley led both Jeep and Ram to huge success, before taking over as CEO from Sergio Marchionne, who stepped down shortly before passing away. Manley s performance no doubt endeared him to Fiat heir John Elkann, who presides as Ferrari chairman. The Ferrari job should be appealing to Manley, too, as he ll be left out of the board of Stellantis, the new company to be created when FCA and Peugeot-owner PSA complete their merger next year.

Lewis Hamilton said he is blown away by the decision to rename Silverstone s start-finish straight in his name.
The British Racing Drivers Club, owners of the Northamptonshire circuit, have announced that the International Pits Straight will now become the Hamilton Straight in tribute to the seven-time Formula One world champion.
It is the only part of the track to be named after a driver. That is insane, said Hamilton, when BRDC chairman David Coulthard informed him of the honour. That is definitely a curveball. I don t even know what to say.
