A suspect was arrested this week in connection with the slaying of 30-year-old Jean Carlos Quinones-Lopez in Taunton last month, according to authorities.
Kali Hollingsworth was taken into custody around 5:15 a.m. Wednesday outside his mother’s home on School Street in Taunton, Bristol District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III said in a statement.
The 26-year-old Taunton man was arrested on a murder charge for his alleged role in the fatal shooting of Quinones-Lopez in November, according to the statement.
Officers found Quinones-Lopez shot outside his home at 23 Myrtle St. shortly before 4 p.m. on Nov. 3, officials said. The 30-year-old man was rushed to Morton Hospital, where he later died.
