Shortly before 4.45am (Monday 25 January 2021), officers from Brisbane Water Police District noticed a Holden Commodore conducting burnouts near the intersection of Henry Parry Drive and the Pacific Highway, Wyoming, and attempted to stop the vehicle. When it allegedly failed to stop, a pursuit commenced. During the pursuit, it’s alleged the Holden rammed the marked police vehicle several times, causing extensive damage to the driver’s side.

About 8.50pm (Friday 15 January 2021), officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District were conducting patrols of the Erina area when they attempted to stop a Toyota Corolla on Terrigal Drive near Serpentine Road. The driver failed to stop, and a pursuit was initiated. Just after 9pm, road spikes were successfully deployed, before the Corolla struck a tree on Milina Street. The driver, a 27-year-old woman, was arrested at the scene and taken to Gosford Hospital for observation.

Date Time Police seek information after suspicious behaviour on beach – Central Coast Police are appealing for information after reports of suspicious behaviour by a woman on the Central Coast over the weekend. Police have been told two five-year-old boys were sitting on the sand at Pearl Beach about 11am on Sunday 27 December 2020, when they were approached by an older woman. The woman, described as having short grey hair and wearing pink-coloured clothing and blue shorts, approached the boys, grabbed them by the arms and told them she was going to take them home with her. The boys managed to break free and told their father, who was nearby.
