Roger Daltrey, the lead singer of the rock band The Who, says it’s “terrifying” to see “the woke generation” creating a “miserable world” for themselves.
“The woke generation it’s terrifying, the miserable world they’re going to create for themselves,” the rocker said in a recent interview with DJ Zane Lowe on Apple Music.
“I mean, anyone who’s lived a life and you see what they’re doing you just know that it’s a route to nowhere, especially when you’ve lived through the periods of a life that we’ve had the privilege to,” Daltrey added. “I mean, we’ve had the golden era. There’s no doubt about that.”

When You See Yourself album, TEG Dainty has the Tennessee band of brothers and cousin back Down Under for their first visit in ten years.
“Kings of Leon’s Australian shows in 2011 were nothing short of phenomenal and this time around the band will also be riding high after celebrating yet another #1-charting album in this country,” said president/CEO Paul Dainty.
“We can’t wait to welcome Kings Of Leon back into Australian arenas.”
The tour ships into Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney (March 26), Brisbane Entertainment Centre (March 29), Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Melbourne (April 1), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (April 4) and RAC Arena, Perth (April 7).

The band will start their tour in Sydney on Saturday 26th March 2022 at Qudos Bank Arena.
They will then perform at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (Tuesday 29 March), Melbourne, Sidney Myer Music Bowl (Friday April 1), Adelaide Entertainment Centre (Monday April 4), and Perth, RAC Arena (Thursday April 7). If I look at a list of my top 5 achievements, someone near the top is “stuck hand through fence at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and got hand signed by Kings of Leon”. What a night. I managed to get to a few Kings of Leon tour dates back in the 00s I think we’re at 7 and counting and let me tell you, they are always a good time. But for 10 long years they have ignored our beautiful country and it’s saddened my soul. Which is why today’s news that Kings of Leon have announced a 2022 Australian tour is the Friday vibe we all need.
