Karnataka Schools are all set to reopen for students of classes 6 to 8 as well. Karnataka Education Minister has announced that the schools would reopen for students of standard 6 to 8 from February 22, 2021. For schools in Bengaluru District as well as Kerala Border areas, the classes would only resume for Std. 8.
The restriction is only for the schools in the Bengaluru district and schools in the border areas. Also, students coming from Kerala to attend the classes would be required to provide a COVID negative certificate to attend the classes.

Bengaluru, Jan 29 : A day after announcing dates for Class 10 examinations, Karnataka Education Minister S. Suresh Kumar on Friday said that the state government has decided to conduct the second Pre-University Course (PUC II year or Class 12) board examination from May.
Kumar told reporters that the second PUC examinations in the state will tentatively be held starting from May 24 and last till June 10. We are also providing a week s period for parents and students to send their objections, if they have any, he said.

The State Education Minister, S Suresh Kumar has announced the tentative dates for Karnataka 2nd PUC exam. The examination for Pre-University Course or Higher Secondary would be conducted from May 24 to June 10, 2021. The Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2021 will be held in the state at various centers.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2021: The Karnataka government has announced the dates for the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2021. The Karnataka 2nd Pre-University Course (PUC) exams will be conducted from May 24 till June 10, the State Education Minister S Suresh Kumar announced on Friday.Â
Earlier on Thursday, the state government has decided to hold regular classes for students of classes 9, 10 from February 1.Â
The Education Minister had also announced the tentative dates for the Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021. The examination for Secondary School Leaving Certificate exam this year will be held from June 14 to June 25. The class 10 exam for Karnataka Board will be held in the state at various centres.
