Man charged in fatal shooting at Philadelphia Mills

A Philadelphia man is accused of fatally shooting another man inside the Philadelphia Mills mall last month, according to the Attorney General s Office. The AG s office said in a news release Thursday that Gregory Smith fatally shot Dominic Billa, 21, at the mall on March 29. The mall, formerly Franklin Mills, borders Bensalem in Bucks. Smith, 21, is charged with murder, attempted murder and possessing an instrument of crime. He is accused of shooting Billa after a fight inside the mall food court, according to authorities. At the time of the killing, Smith was out on bail in several cases in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, according to the AG s office. The charges in those cases include firearms violations, drug possession with intent to deliver, retail theft and resisting arrest, the release states.
