Jobseekers are getting a vital shot in the arm as a successful Harborough District Council scheme becomes long-term.
The authority’s first Harborough Jobs Week earlier this year is now to be rolled out on a permanent basis.
Over 50 jobs were shared during the scheme - along with apprenticeships, kickstart placements and employment support opportunities.
Two employment support webinars were also delivered alongside the National Careers service.
Due to the success of the week, and the positive feedback received, Harborough Jobs will become a permanent service for local residents and employers.
