Grace W. Ferrari of Hershey, Pa., peacefully entered the Church Triumphant on May 4, 2021, from her home. Born Jan. 14, 1928, in Academia, Juniata County. She was the daughter of the late Lewis A. Walters and Alice C. Walters. On Jan. 17, 1970, Grace married the late O. D. Ferrari with whom she shared 24 years of marriage. Grace is survived by: one sister, Beulah-Mae W. Lukens, Hershey, Pa.; stepdaughter Joan F. Greene and husband LTC (USA Ret) Robert Greene, Potomac Falls, Va.; niece Shelia Conner and husband Bruce, Marionville, Pa.; nephew Paul Ferrari and wife Karen, Rimersburg, Pa.; cousins June Gochenour, Roy, Jr. and wife Debra Gochenour, Jan and Kirk Fry; Jill and Tim Argie; Donna W. Heinbaugh; Linda Simmons and husband Phil; second cousins from North Dakota; and a host of friends.

RALEIGH, N.C. - The sheriff was already running late to the office when a woman pleaded for him to stop. She wanted to pay her respects to the families of Sgt. Chris Ward and K-9 Deputy Logan Fox, but didn t have much to offer.
Less than a week ago in Boone, North Carolina, two deputies had been killed in the line of duty while performing what was supposed to be a routine welfare check. They were met with gunfire and killed after entering the home.
At funeral, fallen Watauga deputies remembered as heroes

Franklin Graham: Biden omitting God from prayer proclamation speaks volumes
Fox News noted that while God wasn’t mentioned in the proclamation, Mr. Biden later said the COVID-19 vaccine was developed “by the grace of God” during his remarks the same day.
Mr. Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, wrote in a Facebook post Thursday that he was “deeply saddened to read that President Biden is the first president to omit the word ‘God’ in his proclamation. That speaks volumes doesn’t it?”
“It is hard to believe we have come this far,” he wrote. “Omitting God is a dangerous thing. He is who we as individuals and as a nation need to call on for help. He created us and made salvation possible for us through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ.”
