BILLINGS â Castlerock Park in Billings will have a new playground constructed on the west side of the park in 2021, according to a master plan that was shown to the Billings City Council Monday night.
The playground is one of many improvements identified in the Castlerock Park master plan that has a total build cost estimated at $11.9 million. Across the 25-acre park in Billings Heights, new amenities proposed include an event pavilion, amphitheater, basketball court, community center, pickleball courts, picnic seating, restrooms and others.

IDAHO FALLS After more than 40 years in public education, Idaho Falls School District 91 Superintendent George Boland is calling it a career.
Boland announced in early December that he plans to retire at the end of the 2020-21 school year. In a way, Boland is retiring after what some might describe as having come full circle. He attended District 91 himself and graduated from Skyline High School, the same school his two daughters also attended.
