BILLINGS - It s been a tough month for the Billings community, after four teens passed away in tragic events. Now, community members are coming together to show support for teens who are grieving. Co-organizer Erin Rodriguez says Thursday s event is to support children in the community, provide a safe space for them to talk, create connections and allow questions. “We see kids hurting and we just want to offer ourselves to them and we really just want this night to be about them. And so we want them to feel connected to others and know they’re not alone, Rodriguez said.

Community bands together in support of teens killed in crash

BILLINGS - Three families and the entire Billings West High School community are mourning the loss of Conner Devere, Kylie Larsen and Tommy Lindsay, after they were killed in a car crash Friday night. The intersection at South 64th Street West and Danford Road is where the car carrying four teenagers lost control Friday, Feb. 19. Conner Devere, 16, and Kylie Larsen, 18, died at the scene. Tommy Lindsay, 17, died at Billings Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 20. The fourth teenage boy who was in the car that night is still recovering at a local hospital. Three separate GoFundMe pages have been organized for the teenagers who were tragically killed. According to the description on Kylie Larsen s GoFundMe page, Kylie is the second child in the Larsen family that has lost their life. Tommy Lindsay was a junior on the Billings West High Varsity football team. Loved ones who organized Conner Devere s page said he loved to hunt, fish and just be in the outdoors.
