Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney’s west. Brittney Burgess, aged 15, was last seen at her home on Killarney Avenue, Blacktown, about 11pm Thursday April 29, 2021. Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command were notified of her disappearance after she failed to return the following day. Brittney is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 120-130cm tall and of a thin build, with long dark hair which she often wears in a ponytail.

Date Time Teenager stabbed, police appeal for public assistance at Blacktown Police have appealed for public assistance as they continue to investigate the stabbing of a teenage boy in Sydney’s west yesterday. About 4pm (Thursday 18 February 2021), police and other emergency services responded to reports of a stabbing at Blacktown Showground, located on Richmond Road, Blacktown. Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year-old boy with multiple stab wounds to his torso and arms. He was treated at the scene by paramedics, before being taken to Westmead Childrens Hospital in a critical but stable condition. Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command immediately commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Police appeal after carjacking at Seven Hills

Police are appealing for public assistance after a carjacking in Sydney’s north-west yesterday. About 3.00pm (Tuesday 26 January 2021), officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command responded to reports of a carjacking at Seven Hills. Police were told a man was sitting in his vehicle in Rowley Street, opposite a shopping centre, when he was approached by another man. The man was told to get out of his car, which he refused to do. The other man then allegedly produced a knife, before punching the man in the face repeatedly. The man was dragged from the vehicle, a red BMW convertible, registration number DJH31L, which was driven away by the other man. The injured man was taken to Blacktown Hospital for treatment on a facial laceration.
