Police fatally shoot Blaine carjacking suspect; police dog shot and injured
A second suspect was arrested uninjured. Authorities said K9 Bravo underwent surgery and KMSP-TV reported Sunday night that he was in “stable” condition.

BRAHAM, Minn. Authorities say a carjacking suspect was shot dead Sunday, Feb. 21, near Braham after a police pursuit and an Anoka Police Department K9 named Bravo was shot and injured.
A second suspect was arrested uninjured. Authorities said Bravo underwent surgery and KMSP-TV reported Sunday night that he was in stable condition.
During a news conference Sunday night, Blaine Police Chief Brian Podany gave the following details of the incident that began shortly before 1 p.m. at a Kohl’s parking lot at 10311 Baltimore St. NE in Blaine:
