Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched new DSL broadband plans according to an online report. The plans are priced starting at Rs 299. The telco has also reportedly introduced broadband plans at Rs 399 and Rs 555. BSNL s Rs 299 broadband, also called the 100GB CUL offers 100GB data at 10Mbps speed after which the speed is reduced to 2Mbps. BSNL has partnered with YuppTV to give streaming benefits to broadband users for Rs 129 a month. The add-on plans known as Cinema Plus plans offer four OTT subscriptions- YuppTV, ZEE5, SonyLIV, and Voot.
The add-on pack will give a subscription to VOOT Select, SonyLIV Special, Zee5 Premium and YuppTV, and will be available to all users throughout India.
