Sheriff s deputies charge Georgia man found with half-pound of methamphetamine WLOS Staff © Provided by WLOS Asheville/Greenville Buncombe County Sheriff s Office reported it has arrested and charged a man who was found with more than half a pound of methamphetamine.  Deputies with Buncombe County Anti-Crime Task Force (BCAT) and the Sheriff’s Community Enforcement Team (SCET) arrested Richard David Przybylski, of Monroe, GA, on Dec. 22 on multiple felony charges.  Deputies seized 244 grams, or .53 pounds, of methamphetamine from Przybylski with the assistance of its K-9 unit.  He is charged with: Trafficking in Methamphetamine by Transportation Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine
