A tattoo artist who snapped upskirt photos of a teenage girl as she waited to get inked laughed that his crime was pretty funny when confronted.
El was just 18 and on her first night out on the popular King Street in Newtown, Sydney, in October 2019 when she made the impulsive decision to immortalise her coming of age at King Street Tattoos.
As she finished flipping through the design book and was about to get the tattoo, she was approached by another young woman. This lady comes up to me, and goes, I just want you to know, do not get a tattoo here. That guy with the beard was bending down and taking photos up your skirt , she told Daily Mail Australia.

Swimming great Scott Miller and three members of his alleged $2.2million meth syndicate are all facing the potential of spending the rest of their lives in jail.
A fourth member of the alleged ring has been hit with fresh charges which carry the maximum penalty available under New South Wales law.
Luke Mathew Peake was originally charged only with possessing meth but has now been accused of supplying a large commercial quantity of drugs.
He has also been charged with participating in a criminal group allegedly headed by Miller.

A fourth member of swimming great Scott Miller s alleged $2.2million drug ring has been charged, weeks after the Olympian s dramatic arrest.
Unlike Miller and two other co-accused, Luke Matthew Peake is not facing a potential life sentence if convicted over his alleged role in the syndicate.
Peake was arrested at Junee prison, where he was in custody for other unrelated alleged offences.
The 40-year-old was one of two men who allegedly collected 4kg of meth from Miller after the Olympic silver medallist drove the consignment from Sydney halfway to the Victorian border.

A third member of swimming great Scott Miller s alleged $2.2million drug syndicate has been charged with supplying four kilograms of crystal meth.
Justin Szabolics was one of two men who allegedly picked up the drugs from Miller after the Olympic silver medallist drove the consignment from Sydney halfway to the Victorian border.
Szabolics, from Albury-Wodonga, has been charged with participating in a criminal group and supplying a large commercial quantity of a prohibited drug.
The 44-year-old, who was already in Junee prison accused of unrelated offences, appeared before Albury Local Court on Wednesday.
