Zoopla has compiled a list of the most expensive places to live in the county, based on the average price paid for properties. This list was calculated using Zoopla s pricing estimates, which takes both transactions and listing data into account. According to their research, the average price for a house in Hampshire is now £375, 528 which has risen 6.42 per cent since January 2020.
