(TRENTON) – Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin announced Friday that he has recommended Sam Delgado to the Governor to serve on the newly established Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC). Delgado is a retired Vice President of External Affairs for Verizon New Jersey and a retired Marine Corps Reserve Combat Communications Officer with 20 years’ experience having served in the Republic of Haiti monitoring human rights abuses.
