Presented by Ørsted New Jersey FMBA President Ed Donnelly seems like a formidable potential candidate for state Senate in the 21st District. He’s a powerful guy as both head of one of the state’s big public workers unions and chair of the Police and Firemen’s Retirement System. The mayor said the political donation from her husband, Nestor Guzman, would have no bearing on how he handles the situation.
