Northlines Transformer develops snag third time in one month Jahangeer Ganaie Pulwama, Apr 20 (KNO): The residents of Panzgam village of Awantipora area in South Kashmir are reeling under darkness as the areas transformer has developed technical snag for the third time in the last one month. Locals from Herpora Panzgam said that they are reeling under darkness in the holy month of Ramadan as transformer got damaged third time in a month. They said that amid the closure of schools their children classes and exams are being conducted online, which requires electricity but in the absence of electricity, they are facing a lot of inconvenience.
